Introduction The FullMetrics Analyzer system is a complete hardware and software solution for troubleshooting, optimizing and profiling processes and machinery. The system works by acquiring and analyzing data from a variety of signal sources, often referred to as a "high-speed, multi-function DAQ" system. What sets the FullMetrics Analyzer apart is its fast flexibility from application to application, its intuitive ease-of-use, powerful data analysis functions, and unrivaled portability. |
|
Fast Flexibility FullMetrics Analyzer utilizes high quality signal isolation and conditioning modules for the best signal integrity possible. However, in other systems, these modules are typically installed in a manner that does not lend itself to changing them out easily. Our system provides eight hot-swappable, fast loading FullMetrics Module Slots. Each FullMetrics module holds two 7B series signal conditioning modules, providing two independent channels per slot for a total of 16 channels of nearly any type required. Intuitive
Ease-of-use From setup and calibration to profile analysis and SPC charting, the software provides a straight-forward intuitive design to get under way quickly. This directly effects your time spent on the project itself instead of spending your time trying to put a system together from scratch. With the FullMetrics Analyzer, setting up doesn't need to be an expensive full-blown project in its own right. Data Analysis
