| The FullMetrics Analyzer system collects data by connecting directly to sensors placed at strategic points on or within equipment, processes, or other locations. For instance, a pressure sensor may be inserted into a hydraulic line in order to measure hydraulic pressure throughout a process. These sensors, also called transducers, produce an electrical signal output that directly corresponds to the active measurement. These signals are fed to channel inputs in the FullMetrics Analyzer unit. Each channel provides high-quality signal isolation and conditioning appropriate for the type of signal being received. Signals are then digitized through a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The FullMetrics Analyzer records the raw digital signal values as opposed to converted units as some other systems record. This provides a great advantage in that it is possible to go back to previously recorded data and generate further functions or even correct calibration settings. This is why the FullMetrics Analyzer is such a trusted tool for troubleshooting and optimizing processes or verifying equipment performance. Connection
