Types of Support Services

FullMetrics offers many support services to help you utilize your FullMetrics system to its fullest. We even continue to provide limited support for legacy products sold under our former Nicollet Process Engineering ("NPE") brand.

 
General Support
FullMetrics provides General Support services on an hourly basis with a minimum $60 charge per incident. General Support requires a valid credit card on account to initiate services. Charges are processed weekly and a statement of services will be sent to the customer. The following services are available through General Support:
   - Repair Services
   - Telephone Support
   - Email Support
   - Remote Access Link Support
   - Troubleshooting
   

Annual Technical Support Plan ("ATS")
The FullMetrics Annual Technical Support Plan is a service agreement offering a full range of customer support services with the convenience of paying only once per year and gaining the benefits of a software maintenance program. The Technical Support Plan includes the following services:
   - Telephone Support
   - Email Support
   - Remote Access Link Support
   - Troubleshooting
   - Software Upgrades

   
Product Implementation
System implementation is a critical step in realizing a timely and complete return on your investment. FullMetrics places a strong emphasis on planning an effective installation of our systems providing an organized and staged approach to full system utilization. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your system is a success from the very moment it goes live.
   
Training
FullMetrics offers both live training as well computer-based training on CD for machine operators. Curriculums may also be customized to meet specific needs. For your convenience, training is typically conducted at your facility. Arrangements can be made for another location off site.
   
On-site Technical Consultation
FullMetrics offers expert consultation in the application of data acquisition and analysis in manufacturing.
   
Custom Development
FullMetrics provides custom development on a project basis as a separate service to address the specific goals of our customers.
